
Scheherazade Rehman
Scheherazade Rehman, director of GWSB’s European Union Research Center and professor of international business and international affairs, recently shared her analysis of the recent elections in France and Greece and their potential economic impact, in a number of publications. Rehman was quoted in USA Today, “French and Greeks Vote, With U.S. Economy in the Balance” (May 4); the Washington Times, “Investors don’t panic over votes in France, Greece” (May 7); and U.S. News & World Report, “U.S. and E.U. Economics in Bizarro World” (May 7).
Rehman was also interviewed on the same topic on NPR,“Four Possible Post-Election Moves for Greece, France” (May 7); again on NPR, “Voting Out Austerity” (May 8); and on the “PBS News Hour,” “Troubling signs for Europe Ahead” (April 27).
