Want to Open up Shop? It’s All About Location

The GWSB Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREUA) and the Real Estate Investment and Development Organization (REIDO) are presenting a panel on “The Art & Science of Retail Site Selection.”

Alumni speakers include Steven Gartner, BS, `87, president of Metro Commercial Real Estate; and Stephen Yalof, BS, `85, senior vice president of real estate for Polo Ralph Lauren.  They will discuss how professionals pick the right location for retail space, details of leasing negotiations and transactions, and how to break into the real estate industry.
