Job duties: Working with a team to develop relationships with employers targeted by our students, and cultivating those relationships to increase hiring opportunities for students.
How long have you worked at GW: Three months.
What’s best, so far, about working here: It’s a very collaborative environment and fast-paced; there’s always a new challenge to keep things interesting.
What’s something your co-workers do not know about you: I was the neighborhood ping-pong champion when I was a teenager.
Where did you grow up: Chicago and Washington, D.C.
Family: My husband, Sterling, and four wonderful seniors: my mother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and auntie.
Any hobbies? Everything food – taking cooking classes, cooking, and entertaining.
What do you enjoy doing on the weekend: Exploring new restaurants, then trying to recreate dishes.
Favorite vacation spots: Los Angeles and Rhode Island (the whole state).
A favorite book: The Lean Startup by Eric Ries.
A favorite movie: The Out of Towners.
A favorite food: Latin-Asian fusion cuisine.
