Job title:  Graduate Research Assistant for the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CFEE).

Job duties:  Research, event planning for the Pitch George Elevator Competition and Howard Hoffman Distinguished Lecture Series; marketing for CFEE and the International Council for Small Business (ICSB), and coordinating and organizing special projects focused on fostering entrepreneurship within GW.

How long have you worked at GW:  Since August 2011.

What’s best, so far, about working here:  Travel benefits —I ’ve traveled to New Orleans, San Francisco, and New Zealand for conferences.

What’s something your co-workers do not know about you:  When arriving to the office for my interview, I had no idea where I was going and almost mowed down Dr. Winslow on the way into the elevator.

Where did you grow up:  Coppell, Texas.

Family:  Dad, Randy; mom, Claudia; and brother, Jake.

Any hobbies?  Running, playing soccer, reading, watching TV/ movies, traveling.

What do you enjoy doing on the weekend:  Relaxing and exploring D.C.

Favorite vacation spots:  St. Maarten and Paris.

A favorite book:  Master of the Game by Sidney Sheldon.

A favorite movie:  Love Actually.

A favorite food:  Baked & Wired cupcakes.
