Panel on Counterinsurgency in Colombia

What:  “Counterinsurgency in Colombia: Lessons Learned,” a panel discussion presented by GWSB’s Center for Latin American Issues and the Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College.

Panelists include Myles Frechette, senior associate in the Americas program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS); Max Manwaring, professor of military strategies at the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI); and David Spencer, professor of national security studies at the Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (CHDS). The moderator is  Col. Louis H. Jordan, Jr., deputy director, SSI.  The discussion will be followed by a Q & A session with the audience. Please RSVP to clai@gwu.edu.
