Robert Weiner
Robert Weiner, professor of international business, public policy & public administration, and international affairs, spoke on Chinese and other Asian oil mergers and acquisitions at the 21st IHS Herold Pacesetters conference in Washington, D.C., one of the petroleum industry’s longest-running conferences.
Weiner also was a seminar speaker at the University of Alberta and ETH Zurich, a science and technology university, where he discussed the political economy of takeovers by state oil companies.
