Keith William Diener, visiting assistant professor of strategic management and public policy, published an article, “The Charitable Responsibilities Model of Corporate Social Responsibility,” in the Journal of Academic and Business Ethics (V.7-2012).

Another article by Diener entitled, “The Road to Discrimination: Implications of the Thought of F.A. Hayek for Equal Employment Law,” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Employment and Labor Law (forthcoming March 2013).
