Mark Klock

Mark Klock, professor of finance, presented a paper on Sept. 28 at the Canadian Law and Economics Association meeting held at the University of Toronto.  The title of the paper is “Cooperation and Division: An Empirical Analysis of Voting Similarities and Differences during the Stable Rehnquist Court Era—1994 to 2005.”  Klock is a member of the executive board of GW’s Center for Law, Economics & Finance (C-LEAF), a think thank within the Law School.
