Christopher Kayes

Christopher Kayes, associate professor of management, presented the paper, “Learning, leadership, and crisis in management education: Learning from Army officers,” co-authored with N. Allen and N. Self, at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Management Education and Development Division, in Boston.

Kayes presented “Team leadership self-assessment exercise,” co-authored with M. Knott and A.B. Kayes, at the at the Organizational Behavior Teaching Conference in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

Kayes delivered the keynote presentation, “Leading in a global economy,” at the Human Capital Singapore Connect Conference in May.  Kayes was invited to speak on the importance of learning for global leaders by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
