Paul D. Reynolds, research professor of management, published an assessment of business creation in the world’s poorest economies in the journal Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship.

Using a unique data source that has only recently become available, Reynolds and the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) program have uncovered dramatic differences in business creation by those with different levels of daily income.
