24 Hour Fitness

I didn’t realize that 24 Hour Fitness was a sponsor prior to the Games. When we got to the USOC training facility we learned that they were a sponsor and they donated state of the art fitness equipment to the USOC to be used at the training facility. This included some high end equipment including a gravity defying treadmill that allowed athletes with foot or ankle injuries to run on the treadmill without putting much weight on their injured foot. What was even more amazing was that 24 Hour Fitness was leaving all of the equipment in London for the University to keep and use as their own once the Games were over. I thought that was a very nice gesture and a great way to leave a Legacy.
