Research Proposals Sought for Global Entrepreneurship Conference
GWSB faculty are invited to attend and/or submit a database fair proposal or research presentation for the third annual International Council for Small Business (ICSB)-George Washington University (GW) Global Entrepreneurship Research and Policy Conference, Oct. 11-13.
The conference is designed to give policy makers, scholars and database developers who focus on business creation and entrepreneurship a forum to discuss current issues and advances in the field. Here is how the days are organized:
- Thursday, Oct. 11: database fair with opportunities to speak with database originators;
- Friday, Oct. 12: policy day with panels, research presentations and keynote speech; and
- Saturday, Oct. 13: research and database training day.
In addition to GW and ICSB, the conference is being sponsored by a variety of institutions, including the World Bank/International Finance Corporation and VISA, Inc.
