Legacy Promise @ East London – Sustainability

The Olympic Park is now housed in East London, formerly an environmetal hazard and a destination most London’ers did not visit. Now, the neighbor hood thrives with commercial shopping, restaurants, sporting venues and parks.

The major Legacy Promise of the 2012 Games was to revitalize the East London neighborhood and transform a depressed area and make it a hip and popular destination outside of London.
