Jorge Walter
Jorge Walter, assistant professor of strategic management and public policy, presented, “Exclusivity in biotech licensing deals: What makes licensors restrict their options?” at the 2012 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Boston, Mass., with Theodore A. Khoury of Portland State University and Erin Pleggenkuhle–Miles of the University of Nebraska. The paper was included in the TIM (Technology and Innovation Management) Best Paper Proceedings of the meeting.
Walter also presented, “Deeds that help and words that hurt: Helping and gossip as moderators of LMX to advice network centrality,” at the meeting with Berrin Erdogan and Talya N. Bauer, both of Portland State University.
Walter was a panelist at, “Publish or perish goes global: International scholars’ strategies for publishing in top journals,” at the meeting’s professional development workshop.
