Annamaria Lusardi

Annamaria Lusardi, Denit Trust Professor of Economics and Accountancy, was invited to join a group of economists and Obama Administration officials in the Vice President’s Ceremonial Office for a meeting on “Women and the Economy.” The White House is seeking input on topics related to economic security, economic advancement, labor force participation, and workplace flexibility among American women.

Lusardi also gave a presentation at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on Thursday, July 26, entitled “Consumer Financial Literacy and Numeracy.” The presentation was given to CFPB executives and staff to promote the importance of financial literacy in government policy.
