Sochi Park

By Abby Wessman

Today I went to Sochi Park, which is one of 2 hospitality houses Russia is organizing here in London. Sochi Park was created solely as a promotional experience for the 2014 Winter Games- complete with fake snow, an ice rink, 3D movie and sponsor activation experiences, all linked to Winter Games events. Sponsors included DOW, SBERBANK, Rosneft, and Megafon. The 3D movie was pretty cool, taking viewers on a ride through all the snowy mountains, ski jumps and luge courses. It definitely got me excited for the Winter Games!
