Sightseeing in London

Not only do we have a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the Olympic Games and the distinct energy the mega-event has brought to the city we also have had a chance to do visit some of the quintessential London spots. Here I am at Buckingham Palace! With the recent Royal Wedding and Diamond Jubilee celebration, Buckingham Palace has been a hot spot in London. In addition to seeing the historic landmark, we also caught a glimpse of the Royal Guards outside Buckingham Palace wearing their distinct red uniforms and bearskin caps. Rumor has it the guards will not lose composure even if members of the public try to make them talk or laugh. Unfortunately we didn’t have an opportunity to test that out.
