I have found that the people of London are friendly, very pleasant and helpful. I was asking someone if they were here for the Olympics and a bystander immiediately jumped in and asked if I needed directions. The waitstaff at the various restaurants/cafes/coffee places have also given very good customer service with a smile. I’m from the south, so I can appreciate some “London hospitality.”
