William E. Halal

William E. Halal, professor emeritus of Management, Technology and Innovation, gave the keynote address at the U.S. Department of State conference, “Global Futures Forum – Transformational Technologies: Foundations for Understanding the Future of Global Security,” on February 17 in Washington, D.C.

Halal presented before 100 intelligence officers from nations around the globe, providing an overview of the technology revolution using his work as president of TechCast, a thinktank that offers technology forecasts, studies and consulting services. For more on TechCast:
