Young Hoon Kwak, associate professor of Decision Sciences, had his paper, “History, Practices, and Future of Earned Value Management (EVM) in Government: Perspectives from NASA,” authored with Frank T. Anbari, clinical professor in the Project Management Program at the Goodwin College of Professional Studies at Philadelphia’s Drexel University, published in the Project Management Journal, 43(1), 77-90. 2012.

Kwak had his paper, “Decision Support Model for Incentives/Disincentives Time-Cost Tradeoff,” written with K.C. Choi, assistant professor of construction science at Texas A&M University, published in Automation in Construction, 21(1), 219-228. 2012.
