Joelle Carter

Joelle Carter, director of undergraduate programs, will have her article, “An analysis of white student engagement,” featured in a special spring 2012 edition of the Journal of Educational Foundations.  The article is co-authored by Tiffany Fountaine, assistant director of the Center for Academic Success and Achievement at Morgan State University. It focuses on findings of Carter’s doctoral dissertation, “Factors Influencing the Engagement of White Undergraduates Attending Public Historically Black Universities.”
