GWSB Hosts Session on Mosaic District

Executives from Edens & Avant, a commercial real estate development company based in Columbia, S.C., and AvalonBay Communities, Inc., a residential development firm based in Arlington, Va., discussed their Mosaic District urban renewal project in Merrifield, Va., during a program sponsored by GWSB’s Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis in Duques Hall on December 1.
