Dean Doug Guthrie argued against disciplining China over its currency valuation practices in a column for The Huffington Post. Guthrie said attacking China over the practices could have disastrous consequences. The latest round of China criticism was prompted by the release of a U.S. Department of Treasury report on foreign exchange rates.
