Palmer and J. Luke Wood, is released in Dec.  Carter and Tiffany P. Fountaine (Morgan State University) co-wrote the chapter, “ ‘Yes, I can!’ Strengths-based Approaches for Engaging and Empowering Academically Underprepared Black Men.”
