Joelle Davis Carter, GWSB director for undergraduate programs, will have her first co-authored book chapter published when Black Men In College, Implications for HBCUs and Beyond, edited by Robert T. Palmer and J. Luke Wood, is released in Dec. Carter and Tiffany P. Fountaine (Morgan State University) co-wrote the chapter, “ ‘Yes, I can!’ Strengths-based Approaches for Engaging and Empowering Academically Underprepared Black Men.”
