George Solomon
George Solomon, associate professor of management, recently met with a group of Indian women small-business experts who were seeking information on how the U.S. government and academic institutions support small and medium enterprise development through education and training. Solomon participated in the meeting at the request of the Institute of International Education.
Solomon, along with Paul Swiercz, professor of management, and Ayman El Tarabishy, research professor of management, also met with a Chinese small business group at the request of the U.S. State Department. The group was interested in exploring the role of government, the private sector and academia in supporting small and medium enterprise development.
