Michael Koffler, BBA, ’98

Michael Koffler, BBA, ’98, was named chief financial officer for Genomind, LLC, a Chalfont, Pa., company specializing in neuropsychiatric personalized medicine.  Prior to joining Genomind, Koffler was a vice president at Versa Capital Management where he focused on investing in and working with companies undergoing turnarounds.  In addition to executing transactions, Koffler worked with his portfolio companies to formulate and implement strategic plans, general business improvement projects, budgets and cash forecasts.  Koffler began his career as an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella & Co. and later with Rothschild, Inc.  As an investment banker, he focused on corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and raising capital.  After completing his studies at GWSB, Koffler earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
