A meta-analytical review of strategic consensus and organizational performance,” published May 2011.  The article was co-authored by Walter, Franz W. Kellermanns of Mississippi State University, Steven W. Floyd and Christoph Lechner of the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and John C. Shaw of Jacksonville University.
