Ayman El Tarabishy, research professor and executive director of the International Council of Small Business (ICSB), was quoted in the April 26 article, “Young Workers in US Face Dire Labor Market,” on VOANews.com. The article discusses the unemployment rate and its effect on students who are graduating this year. ”Don’t just mention that you graduated from X school or Y school and this is the degree you have,” Tarabishy said. “What employers are looking for is what skills can you bring to the table right now, what impact can you have and what is your knowledge level.”
