Refik Soyer, professor of decision sciences and statistics, edited a special issue of Applied Stochastic Models in Business and Industry on “Games and Decisions in Risk and Reliability Analysis.” The special issue was based on the First Symposium on Games and Decisions in Reliability and Risk, which was held at GW in 2009.
