Howard Rubin To Receive Outstanding Alumni Service Award

GWSB alumnus Howard Rubin, BBA, ’81 and current GW parent on April 28 will receive the GW Outstanding Alumni Service Award. The award recognizes alumni from across GW whose volunteer service have enhanced the academic community at the university.
Rubin serves on the GWSB Board of Advisors, the Parent’s Campaign Philanthropy Board and is co-chairing the Class of 1981 30th reunion, which will be held later this year. In his nomination of Rubin, GWSB Dean Doug Guthrie said, “It is evident to me that my tenure as dean will be enriched by alumni who work tirelessly to improve the student and alumni experience at GW. Few alumni have done this better or with more passion than Howard Rubin.”
