Donald Hawkins, Eisenhower professor of tourism policy, presented “Improving the Legal & Regulatory Environment: Toward More Sustainable  & Competitive Tourism,” to the IFC-World Bank Group Tourism Seminar on April 6. He also presented “Developing Public/Private Sector Partnerships for UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Douro Valley, Portugal,”  to the Innovative Partnerships for Managing Tourism and Recreation in World Heritage Sites National Park Service conference in San Francisco on April 15.
