Barrientos Honored With Entrepreneurship Award

Edward Barrientos, MBA, ’90, was honored on April 14 with the 4th annual George Washington Entrepreneurs Roundtable (GWERT) Award. The award was given as part of the 3rd Annual GW Business Plan Competition. The award is given each year to a successful GW entrepreneur whose accomplishments inspire and motivate aspiring entrepreneurs.

Barrientos is CEO and chairman of the board of Brazen Careerist, a career-focused social networking site.  A well-known serial entrepreneur and angel investor, Barrientos is a member of the GWSB Board of Advisors.  He also served as a judge in the 2011 Business Plan Competition.  To watch a video of the awards presentation, click here.
