James C. Wallace, MBA, ’71, has been appointed as the new community and government relations officer of the Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mill, NJ. Wallace’s career combines more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, university, public and business sectors where he specialized in government relations, finance, operations management and development. Wallace’s expertise stems from years of working within the state and the healthcare system.
