The article, “FHA Powers What’s Left of the Home Market,” discusses a GWSB Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis report on mortgages backed by the Federal Housing Administration.  Robert Van Order, Oliver T. Carr professor of real estate, co-authored the study.  The study was featured March 7 in other publications such as HULIQ and The Street.
