William C. Handorf, professor of finance, was named vice chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta’s board of directors. Handorf became a member of the board in 2007. During his tenure, Handorf has served as the chair of the audit and finance committees, and as a member of the Credit and Member Services and Executive committees of the board.
