Young H. Kwak, associate professor of decision sciences, was interviewed on Federal News Radio 1500-AM. The Feb. 9 interview was part of the “Conversations with Authors Series” from the IBM Center for the Business of Government. During the one-hour segment, Kwak discussed an open government implementation model and increased public engagement.
