Doug Guthrie, dean and professor of international business and professor of management, was featured Jan. 31 in GW Today. The article, “A Fiscal Failure,” discusses the unveiling of the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission report that deemed the economic financial crisis “completely avoidable.” “Corporations hold a privileged place in our society. To avoid another financial crisis, we must do a better job of educating students about what that power means so that they can become responsible, ethical leaders,” Guthrie said.
