Ayman El Tarabishy, research professor in the department of management and executive director of the International Council for Small Business, assisted the Columbia Telecommunications Corporation with a study for the SBA Office of Advocacy. The Nov. 2010 study, “The Impact of Broadband Speed and Price on Small Business, explores how small businesses access and use high-speed internet services and evaluates the importance of broadband speed and price.
