Frederick Lindahl
Frederick Lindahl, associate professor in the Department of Accountancy, was quoted in The New York Times Dealbook. The Jan. 10 article, “Accounting Regulators End Turf Battle,” discusses how the Dodd-Frank regulatory law has made it possible for accounting regulators in the U.S. and Britain to cooperate. “If we’re going to withhold information from other countries, we can’t expect them to share details with us,” Lindahl said. “Dodd-Frank put us in a position to say sure, take a look.”
