The GW School of Business and its Wellde Capital Markets Trading Lab were featured in a major New York Times profile on business schools that have trading labs. The Dec. 30 story, “Where Homework Is Managing a $200,000 Stock Portfolio,” includes quotes from Phil Budwick, director of the Capital Markets Trading Lab, and GWSB alumni. Robert Berns, MBA, ’10, said his experience at GW helped to land his job at Wells Fargo Securities. “There’s a wow factor to it,” Berns said. “It gave someone like me instant credibility.”
