The Dec. 6 news digest cites the GWSB and L2 study of the social media skills and online effectiveness of 100 public sector organizations. “NASA’s embrace of Twitter, Facebook and other social media applications helped it place first in the Digital IQ Index for the Public Sector, a new annual survey released last month by the George Washington University School of Business and digital think tank L2.”
