Liron BenDor, MTA ’10, of Columbus Ohio has been awarded the 2010 ASTA Arnold Rigby Scholarship by Tourism Cares, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the travel experience for future generations. Tourism Cares recognized Liron by awarding this $2,500 scholarship for her “dedication to her higher education in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry,” said Bruce Beckham, executive director of Tourism Cares.  “Recipients of the scholarship have shown great interest in the industry and we are thrilled to assist them with pursuing their career goals,” he added.
