Katherine Korman Frey, adjunct professor of management and GWSB Entrepreneur in Residence, held the first ever Sisterhood University at GWSB. The Oct. 9 event brought women leaders in the community together to increase personal and professional self-efficacy. This pilot group exceeded expectations with marked increases in key measures as a result of the three-hour workshop, according to Korman Frey.
