Doug Guthrie, dean and professor of international business and management, was featured in The Washington Post’s On Leadership column. In the Oct. 18 article, “What Don Draper gets wrong,” he describes the qualities of a good leader. “Don Draper might be right that it is better to be respected than liked, but for the best leaders, fear has no place in a healthy organization,” Guthrie wrote.
