Lisa Delpy Neirotti, associate professor of tourism and hospitality management, was quoted in an Oct. 12 Washington Post Express article. In “At Work, Become a League of Your Own: Athletes in the Workforce,” she explains how sports team experience applies to the office. “You understand that no matter who’s having a bad day or who’s off their game, you still all have to work together and sometimes compensate for other people to achieve the goal of winning,” she said.
