Jorge Walter, assistant professor in the Department of Strategic Management and Public Policy, has published “Dormant Ties: The Value of Reconnecting” in the journal Organization Science. The study, which was co-authored with Daniel Levin of Rutgers University and J. Keith Murnighan of the Kellogg School of Management, examines the value of reconnecting with people you have lost touch with.
