A study from GWSB Dean Doug Guthrie and New York University’s Scott Galloway found that Senate Republicans are outpacing their Democrat colleagues when it comes to social media and communicating with supporters online.  The study, released Aug. 19, evaluated and ranked the “Digital IQ” of 100 Senators based on their presence on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other online measures. The study was covered in several national outlets, including: Bloomberg television, the New York Times, AdAge, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Pheonix New Times Time magazine’s blog The Washington Post, The Hill, Politico, WTOP radio, Politics Daily, National Journal’s Tech Daily Dose, CNN online and The Hatchet.
